About The Casitsu

The Casitsu is an independent blog about the games people actually play: Call of Duty, Fortnite, PlayStation and Xbox.

We started it because most gaming coverage falls into one of two camps: breathless hype, or patch-note dumps with no opinion attached. We wanted something in between. That means practical guides you can use in your next session, honest takes on hardware before you spend money on it, and the occasional deep dive into why a game feels the way it does.

What we cover

  • Call of Duty: multiplayer, Warzone and Zombies. Settings, loadout thinking and the bigger changes to the series.
  • Fortnite: Battle Royale, Zero Build, OG and the creative side of the island.
  • PlayStation: PS5 hardware, the DualSense, system features and the games worth your time.
  • Xbox: Series X|S, Game Pass and the wider Xbox ecosystem on console, PC and cloud.

How we work

Everything we publish is written by players. When we recommend a setting, we've used it. When we talk about hardware, we focus on what changes for you on the couch, not the spec sheet. If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.

The Casitsu isn't affiliated with Activision, Epic Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft or any other publisher or platform holder. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
